介绍MT-60AUTO-SZ薄膜液体过滤器的工艺原理、结构材料、工艺参数和性能指标,以及在400 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置污水处理中的应用。实践表明,与其他固液分离设备相比,薄膜液体过滤器具有占地面积小、过滤精度高、PLC全自动控制和低压过滤耗能低等优点。

MT - 60AUTO - SZ membrane liquid filter is described with respects to its working principle, material of construction, process parameters and performance indexes, as well as application in a 400 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant for waste water treatment. Practice showed that the filter had advantages of small area occupation, accurate filtration, PLC full automatic control and low-pressure filtration and low energy consumption, compared to other separation equipment.
