摘要
以性能优异的铈锆固溶体和耐高温高比表面积的氧化铝为载体材料制成Pt/Pd/Rh型三效催化剂,分别在模拟快速老化条件和实车条件下对其进行了活性和耐久性考察.结果表明,催化剂的两种载体材料均表现出良好的抗高温老化性能.催化剂表现出良好的低温活性、宽的空燃比窗口和高的耐久性能.整车实验结果表明该催化剂能够满足欧Ⅲ标准的排放限值和耐久性要求.
The Pt/Pd/Rh three-way catalyst was prepared using a high-performance Ce0.55 Zr0.35 Y0.05 La0.05O2 solid solution and high surface area La-stabilized alumina (La/Al2O3). The activity and durability of the catalyst rapidly ageing in simulated conditions and under the actual vehicle test conditions were studied. The results revealed that Ce0.55 Zr0.35 Y0.05 La0.05O2 solid solution maintains superior textual and oxygen storage properties, and La/Al2O3 has superior textual properties. The catalyst had high low-temperature activity, wide air-to-fuel ratio windows, and good thermal stability. The results from the emission test of a motorcycle showed that the catalyst can meet Euro Ⅲ emission requirements.
