车辆冷却系统建模与仿真

摘要 根据传热学和流体力学原理,对车辆冷却系统建立数学模型,并进行了仿真计算。由于车辆在行驶过程中环境因素变化复杂,且对冷却系统的性能有重要的影响,因此将车辆的驱动系统纳入计算模型,以反映道路坡度等外界情况。计算结果表明,该模型能准确的预测冷却系统在车辆运行时的性能,从而为整车的开发节省大量的时间。 A flow and heat transfer model of a vehicle cooling system has been modeled in order to predict its characteristics. Because the accuracy of such predictions may be greatly influenced by on-road conditions, a model of driving system is also developed. The results indicated that the per-forrnance of a vehicle cooling system can be evaluated effectively with this model and the period of vehicle development can be reduced greatly.
