摘要
采用不同的材料和工艺制备氧化锆氧传感器的电极,研究并分析了各种试验条件下电极的电化学阻抗谱。试验结果表明,氧传感器电极材料与处理工艺对电极电化学性能有很大影响,并由此得到合适的电极制备和处理工艺。
The electrode of zirconia oxygen sensor was prepared by various materials and processes, and the performance of the electrode was investigated under various temperatures by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The experimental results show that the material and the treatment process of the electrode of zirconia oxygen sensor have remarkable effect on the performance of the electrode, on the basis of which the preparation and treatment process of the electrode is obtained.
