摘要
采用稀土固态混合法和稀土液相包裹法制备含稀土α-Al2O3/Al基复合材料,研究了稀土元素加入方式和稀土含量对α-Al2O3/Al基复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,与固态混合法相比,液相包裹法制备的Al基复合材料具有较高的硬度和耐磨性,添加适量的稀土Ce对α-Al2O3/Al基复合材料组织性能起到较好的改善作用。
Solid mixing method and liquid packing method are used to prepare the α-Al2O3/Al matrix composites. The effect of the RE addition on the structure and properties of the α-Al2O3/Al matrix composites are studied. The results indicate that the hardness and wear resistance of reinforced aluminum matrix composites of liquid packing method is higher than that of solid mixing method. And the addition of appropriate RE Ce has sound effect on the structure and properties of the α-Al2O3/Al matrix composites.
