摘要
研究平板-平板、平板-锥齿、圆柱-圆柱和圆柱-锥齿4种电极结构的介质阻挡放电,从放电形貌和微放电电流波形两方面进行比较,并对试验结果从放电机理的角度做出合理的解释。研究结果表明,含有锥齿电极结构的电极放电相对均匀、稳定,且在相同的外加条件下具有更高的功率注入效率。
The dielectric barrier discharge of four electrode configurations, plate-plate, plate-cone, cylinder-cylinder and cylinder-cone, are studied. Discharge images and current waveforms are compared. Based on discharge mechanism, the experiment results are properly analyzed. It is shown that, the configuration consisting of cone electrode is relatively homogeneous and stable which has higher power input efficiency under the same applied voltage.
