摘要
美国国家专业教学标准委员会标准评估体系是对美国教师认证体系的创新,它对教师、学生以及学校的改革产生了积极作用,但也存在一些消极影响。该标准对我国制订教师专业标准有着重要启示:重视教师专业标准的建立;成立一个优秀教师认证的专业组织;为认证优秀教师制定一套可操作的程序和标准;制订标准需要充分研究,立足长远。
National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS), which is an innovation in teacher assessment in the United States, promotes teachers' professional development, positively influences students, and accelerates colleague and school reform, though it cannot free itself of some passive influence. The standards of NBPTS carry important implications for the establishment of professional standards for teachers in China, which may be summarized as: considerable attention should be paid to this respect; it's a necessity to build up a professional organization responsible for the assessment of outstanding teachers; a set of operational procedures should be laid down for the accreditation of outstanding teachers; and sufficient research should be conducted before the standards are made.
