大学教授是大学教师队伍的核心力量,是大学精神的主要体现者,是大学使命的主要执行者。现行评价体制中存在着片面理解教授的学术水平,违背学术发展的内在规律,重量的指标轻质的标准,忽视能力发展的自然规律等问题。要提高我国教授的整体学术水平应该在其评价机制上进行改革。
