摘要
大学教授是大学教师队伍的核心力量,是大学精神的主要体现者,是大学使命的主要执行者。现行评价体制中存在着片面理解教授的学术水平,违背学术发展的内在规律,重量的指标轻质的标准,忽视能力发展的自然规律等问题。要提高我国教授的整体学术水平应该在其评价机制上进行改革。
University professors of university teachers is the core strength of the contingent, is mainly embodied the spirit of the university, is the main mission of the University of actors. The existing evaluation system, there are one-sided understanding of the academic standards of teaching, academic development contrary to the inherent law, the light weight of the standard indicators, the ability to ignore the development of the laws of nature, and other issues. Professor to enhance the country's overall academic standards in its evaluation mechanisms should be on reform.
