对《秘书学》教学工作的研究与探索

Studying and Exploring on Secretarial Science Education

《秘书学》是高校秘书专业开设的主要课程之一,其学科理论己日臻完善,但是对《秘书学》的学科定位不准确导致教学内容和教学方法不配套。文章认为《秘书学》是一门职业教育课程而不是学科教育课程。《秘书学》课程设置、教学内容、教学方法应该根据秘书岗位工作的需要进行调整。同时强调应加强秘书职业资格证管理。

Secretarial science is one of the main curriculums for higher vocational specialist. Since the beginning of 20h century, the theories on it have become better and better. But, subject positioning about Secretarial science is inaccuracy, which result in content and method of course incompatibility. Researching on subject positioning with investigate, case analysis, original, comparative analysis and etc in context, I think secretarial science is a professional education course, but not a subject education course. Course design, content and method of teaching about secretarial science should be adjusted by needing of secretary working. Mean while those are found in researching, secretary credential examining is over harshly for student of secretary subjection and secretary credential is licensed by many unnecessary department, phenomenon of disorder administration is arising, all those weaken seriousness about secretary professional credential administration.
