摘要
从工艺角度研究首次试制中GH4098热轧裂边问题;由试验测试GH4098高温拉伸性能、室温拉伸性能及板材晶粒度,以此来确定半成品和成品热处理温度,为冷轧提供良好的塑性保证和成品室拉性能。
This paper studied issues of edge cracking during hot rolling GH4098 alloy sheet which was first trial produced; high temperature tensile properties, room temperature tensile properties and grain size of this alloy sheet were tested in the test so as to determine heat treatment temperatures of semi - products and products, and provide good ductility guarantee for cold rolling and room temperature tensile properties for finished products
