摘要
泰优99是四川省农业科学院水稻高粟研究所利用四川农业大学选育的优质籼型不育系D62A与自育籼粳交恢复系泸恢1345组配的优质超级杂交水稻新组合,在2003—2005a重庆区试中,泰优99连续3a均比对照汕优63增产9%以上,且米质达国标三级优米标准,于2006年6月通过了重庆市农作物品种审定委员会审定。配合力分析表明,泸恢1345结实率、千粒重、单穗重及单株产量的一般配合力较高,D62A/泸恢1345单株穗数及单株产量的特殊配合力及总配合力效应高。选育思路:在籼型高配合力恢复系遗传背景中渗入部分粳稻血缘,以扩大遗传差异提高杂种优势水平为基础;在保证有效穗和每穗着粒数的前提下,以提高杂交稻组合结实率和千粒重为突破口;在较高产量水平基础上,充分利用四川优质不育系资源协调高产与优质的矛盾。
A new high quality super hybrid rice combination Taiyou99 was constructed by Rice and Sorghum Research Institute of Sicuan A- cademy of Agricultural Sciences using the restoring line Luhui1345 bred by self and high quality indica infertile line D62A bred by Rice Research Institute of Sichuan Agriculture University. The yield of Taiyou99 was 9 % and higher than that of the control Shanyou 63 in the field trial organized by Chongqing local government from 2003 to 2005, and its quality reached the third grade of the national high quality rice standards. In 2006 ,this combination had been examined and approved by Cbongqing Crop Variety Approval Committee. The combining ability analysts showed that the general combining ability of seed set,1000 grain weight,grain weight per panicle and grain weight per plant of Lu- hu11345 was high. The special combining ability and the total combining ability of panicle number per plant and grain weight per plant of D62A/Luhui1345 were high. Breeding guideline:inf/ltrating the Japonica genetic material into the genetic background of indica high combi- ning ability restoring line so as to expand genetic diversity and increase heterosis. On the precondition of ensuring the effective panicle number per plant and grain number per panicle,take increasing the seed set and 1000 grain weight of hybrid rice as a break. On the basis of high yield high,the quality infertile line was fully utilized in Sichuan for mediating the contradiction between high yield and high quality.
