摘要
为了明确韩国材料引入云南后的适应性、耐冷性及经济性状表现。选用10个韩国粳稻品种分别种植在3个不同海拔生态条件下,研究这些品种在不同海拔条件下的经济性状的变化规律。利用方差分析法对经济性状在不同海拔间的差异进行显著性分析,并对经济性状在海拔间的变异系数进行评价。研究结果表明,株高、穗长、第一次分枝、千粒重变异系数较小,不存在显著的环境效应,主要受遗传的影响。实粒数、结实率在环境间变异最大,说明受环境影响较大,存在明显的环境效应。第二次分枝、总粒数、着粒密度既受环境影响,也受遗传控制。研究结果为利用韩国材料进行遗传育种研究提供了理论依据。
In order to identify the adaptability, cold tolerance and economic traits of the Korean material in Yunnan, in this article,we used 10 different species,which were planted in three different altitudes ecological conditions,studied the change law of the economic character in the different altitude conditions,carried on the significance analysis using the variance analytic method to the economical character during the different elevation difference, and carried on the appraisal to the economical character in the elevation coefficient of variation. The results showed that coefficient of variation of plant height, panicle length, the first branch, 1000-grain weight is smaller, and is no significant environmental effects ,the major is genetic influence. The seed setting rate and filled grain number per panicle had a large changes in the different environment,which had a greater impact on the environment,and existed the significant environmental effects. The total of second branch and spikilets per panicle, grain density were also influenced by altitude and genetic.
