摘要
利用引物484/485和CAPs标记PCR-AccⅠ对软米直链淀粉含量进行DNA分子标记检测表明,软米直链淀粉含量的遗传受一个与Wx基因非等位的基因控制。遗传分析表明,软米低直链淀粉含量对高直链淀粉含量为隐性,表现为单基因遗传。为软米直链淀粉含量基因的定位以及利用奠定了基础。
The research results indicated that the genotype of amylose synthesis of soft rice was characterized by Wx3 or Wx2 genotype estimated with microsatellite maker named 484/485 and G or T nucleotide type at the 5' splice site of intron 1 with CAPs marker named PCR- Ace I ,the inheritance of amylose content of soft rice was controlled by a recessive gene which was a non-allelic gene with waxy gene. It should be a base for locating and breeding use of amylase content gene of soft rice.
