摘要
本文进行了油菜种子、小苗及外植体对4—10个不同甘露糖浓度梯度的敏感性试验。试验结果表明,油菜对甘露糖敏感,可以以甘露糖作为筛选剂对油菜进行目的基因遗传转化,并确定在筛选初期甘露糖浓度为0.5%,以后随着愈伤组织的生长而加大筛选浓度。
Four to ten different mannese concentration grads had been designed to test the sensitivity of rapeseed seeds, small seedling and the hypocotyls. The test result showed that the rapeseed was sensitive to the mannose,therefore,and the mannese selectable system could be used as the selective agent in the transformation of rapeseed. The start concentration of mannese in callus-induced medium was 0.5 % and the concentration increased as callus grew up.
