不同脱毒马铃薯品种的田间抗病毒病表现与产量关系 被引量:4

摘要 通过对7个脱毒马铃薯脱毒品种和当地生产品种(CK)进行田间病毒病抗性鉴定和产量测定发现:脱毒马铃薯间对不同病毒种类的抗病性能差异显著,大西洋、坝薯9号、坝薯10号和HP4对皱缩型和卷叶型病毒病具有较高抗性,中薯3号较易感染皱缩型病毒病,中薯2号和favorita易感卷叶型病毒病;采用DAS-ELISA(美国adgia公司生产)试剂盒对彭州市的PVX、PVY、PVM、PVS、PVA和PLRV 6种病毒病种类进行测定:彭州市主要病毒种类是PVS、PVM和PLRV,分别占47.62%、23.81%和11.90%;马铃薯品种在生长早期受皱缩型和卷叶型病毒病侵染,其产量和大薯率有明显降低,大西洋、坝薯9号、坝薯10号和HP4产量均极显著地高于中薯3号、中薯2号和favorita的产量,参试7个品种的产量极显著高于地方品种当地生产品种(CK)的产量;大西洋、坝薯9号、坝薯10号和HP4适宜用作脱毒种薯的薯源。 By the studying of virus-free potato varieties and local landrace (CK) in the anti-virus appraisal and testing of yields in the fields, the results showed that it was significant difference during seven of the potato varieties to viruses. Atlantic, Bashu 9, Bashu 10 and HP4 hold high resistance to potato paracrinkle and potato leaf roll virus. Zhongshu 3 was susceptible to potato paracrinkle ,Zhongshu 2 and Favorita were susceptible to potato lc'af roll virus, in according to testing six types of virus ( PVX, PVY,PVM, PVS, PVA and PLRV) from Pengzhou area, their major viruses were PVS, PYM and PLRV, accounting for 47.62 % ,23.81% and 11.90 %. Potato varieties in the early preduction infected by potato paracrinkle and potato leaf roll virus, the yields and the rate of the big tuber were decreased significantly. The yields of Atlantic, Bashu 9 Bashu 10 and HP4 arc much higher than those of Zhongshu 3 ,Zhongshu 2 and Favorita. The yields of all tested varieties are significantly high local landrace(CK). Atlantic,Bashu 9 Bashu 10 and HP4 were suited to be the potato resources of the virus-free potato.
