拟南芥AtRD29a启动子在烟草中的表达特性 被引量:5

摘要 将低温诱导启动子AtRD29 a控制的GUS基因转入烟草,通过GUS活性组织染色,分析拟南芥AtRD29 a启动子在烟草植株中的表达特性;结果表明:外源基因已经整合到烟草基因组中,并且AtRD29 a启动子在烟草中同在拟南芥中一样,不具有组织表达特异性,而是低温诱导型启动子;它在25℃常温下不表达,10℃左右为诱导临界温度,4℃左右稳定和高效表达。 GUS gene controlled by promoter AtRD29α of chilling induction type was introduced into tobacco,with dyeing of GUS active tissue, to analyse the characteristics of promoter AtRD29α from Arabldopsis thaliana during its expression in tobacco. The result showed that the exogenous gene had been successfully integrated into Tobacco genorpe. Same as in Arabidopsis thaliana,the promoter AtRD29α had no specificity of tissue expression in tobacco and it belonged to chilling induction type,which had no expression under ordinary temperature of 25 ℃ and a efficient and stable expression around 4 ℃ ,with a critical temperature of 10 ℃ for induction.
