胭脂虫高产培育试验 被引量:11

摘要 ∶对胭脂虫的采种时间、接种时间、接种的种虫数量及接种方法等培育技术进行了探索。结果表明∶种虫采种时间应选在多数雌成虫有少量卵产出并孵化时;胭脂虫的产卵和孵化主要集中在采种后10d内,采种后需迅速接种;胭脂虫雌成虫的产量与种虫的接种数量之间并不存在明显的正相关关系,生产中以每茎片接种30头种虫为宜;接种方法以双面纸袋接种法为佳。 The picking time,inoculating time,inoculating number and inoculating methods of seed insects of cochineal were explored. The results showed that the picking time of seed insects should be selected when a few of eggs were laid and hatched;The cochineal egg' s hying and hatching mainly focus on 10 days after seed insects were picked, so inoculating should be done quickly after picking;There was no obviously positive correlation between the yield of cochineal female adults with number of inoculating seed insects ,30 seed insects per cladodes would be ideal in practice;Two sides and paper bag inoculating method was the best among three inoculating methods made.
