摘要
酱油中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇经层析柱分离、净化,与苯基硼酸衍生成3-氯-1,2-丙二醇苯基硼酸酯。衍生物用气相色谱仪的火焰离子化检测器测定,外标法定量。该方法简便易行,回收率为82.6%。
By column chromatography separation and purlfication,3-chloro-1,2-propanediol glycol in soy sauce was derived with phenylboron- ic acid into 3-chloro-1,2-propylene glycol phenyl boric acid ester,which was determined by gas chromatography flame ionization detector and external standard method. The method had simplicity and accuracy with the recovery of 82. 6 %.
