高效液相色谱法测定CBZ-S-苯基-L-半胱氨酸的含量

Determination of CBZ-S-Phenyl-L-Cysteine by High Performance Liguid Chromatograph

建立了用高效液相色谱法测定CBZ-S-苯基-L-半胱氨酸含量的方法,用标准品建立工作曲线,采用外标法定量。CBZ-S-苯基-L-半胱氨酸在50mg/L—1000mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999,方法的RSD是2.1%,平均回收率是99.7%.

A HPLC method for quantitative determination of CBZ-S- Phenyl-L-Cysteine was established.The standard curve was acquired from standard sample.The contents were quantified by extermal standard method.The linear range was （50- 1000）mg/L, r=0.999. The average recovery rate was 99.7%, RSD=2.1%. The method is accurate, rapid and simple,and it can be used for the quality control of CBZ-S-Phenyl-L- Cysteine.
