摘要
为适应林业生态建设的需要,采用现代系统设计方法,探讨了森林工程装备系统设计理念:①森林工程装备系统设计以生态建设和生态保护为基本指导思想,并获得系统整体功能的最佳性和系统综合效益最佳性;②系统设计的理论基础是生态学、系统论、信息论和控制论;③系统设计的基本程序是系统设计理念的具体体现,是设计规范化的保证;④作业区域的生态系统因素体系是系统设计的直接基础信息和技术支撑,也是评价的依据;⑤系统功能的确立和功能分解是系统构成设计的核心;⑥系统评价是决策的依据,系统评价有方案评价和综合评价,方案评价是对系统的要素、功能、特性进行评价,综合评价主要对系统作业质量、效率、生态环境影响、效益进行评价。
In order to meet the demands of forestry ecological construction and adopt modern systematic design method, the following design ideas of forestry engineering equipment are discussed:Ecological construction and ecological conservation should be used as basic guidance ideology of forestry engineering equipment system design so as to obtain optimum function of the system as a whole and the best comprehensive benefit;Theoretical basis of system design is ecology, system theory,information theory and control theory; Basic procedure of system design is the concrete embodiment of system design idea and the guarantee of design normalization; Factor system of the ecological system in the work area is direct basic information and technical support of system design and also the basis for evaluation. The determination of system function and function decomposition are the core of system structural design ;The basis of decision is system evaluation which falls in plan evaluation that evaluates the elements, function and characteristics of the system and comprehensive evaluation that evaluates the operation quality, efficiency, eco-environmental impact and benefit of the system.
