浅谈现代化的黑龙江省安全生产信息系统

Brief Talk about Modernized Production Safety Information Systemin Heilongjiang Province

安全生产信息系统(以下简称"信息系统")是基于B/S模式、J2EE架构、struts技术、Oracle数据库、Linux操作系统的应用系统;统一的业务应用支撑平台;审批流程角色自定义;良好的可扩展性;单点登录,访问授权范围内的各种应用系统;采用PKI/CA安全体系。以计算机网络为基础,以计算机软件、地理信息系统(GIS)、卫星定位系统(GPS)、数字认证(CA)、音视频、服务器集群、双机热备等技术为依托,建设覆盖黑龙江全省的信息系统。实现安监电子政务系统资源和信息共享,为安全生产监督管理和科学决策提供现代化的手段,为企业提供优质服务。

Production safety information system（hereinafter referred to as＂information system＂） is an application system based on B/S mode, J2EE framework, struts technology, Oracle database and Linux operation system. It features unified business application supporting platform, self-defined role in approval flow, good expansibility, single sign on, access to various application systems within authorization and use of PKI/CA security system. Based on the computer network, supported by computer softwares, geographic information systems （ GIS）, satellite positioning systems （GPS） ＇ digital authentication （ CA）, audio and video, server clustering and hot-standby, the information system convering the whole Heilongjiang Province is constructed. The realization of sharing egovernment system resources and information concerning safety supervision provides modernized means for production safety and management and scientific decision and also provides excellent services for enterprises.
