摘要 基于目前国内的车载逆变器仍然属于硬开关技术,不仅体积大,重量大,而且谐波含量大、开关频率低,尚未达到高质量的正弦输出。本文从实际应用的角度出发,研究适用于车载逆变器的软开关技术方案,分析了软开关技术的原理与控制策略,将移相控制技术合理利用和改进,并运用TMS320LF2407A与IGBT组合搭配,从而使车载逆变器具有体积小、重量轻、集成度高和高频性能等优点。经试验和仿真证明,该车载逆变器基于软开关技术性能优良,质量可靠,具有很高的应用价值。 Based on the current domestic vehicle-carried invertors still use hard-switching technology and there are many limitations, such as bigger volume and weight, much more harmonious waves, lower switching frequency, which can not achieve high standard sine curve output. In this paper, a soft-switching technology scheme, which can be applied to vehicle-carded invertors, has been researched at the base of engineering practice. The principle and control strategies of soft-switching are also discussed. At the same time, we use and improve the shift phase control technology properly and make the combination of TMS320LF2407A and IGBT. As a result, the vehiclecarded invertors have the characteristics of small volume, light weight, high integration and high frequency. The results of simulation and experiment indicate that the soft-switching vehicle-carried invertors have excellent performance, high quality credibility and bright application in practice.
