染整工艺碱液的自动配制系统设计

The design of the automatic lye dosing system for printing and dyeing process

本文主要介绍了染整工艺所需浓度碱液的自动配制系统,通过对欧姆龙C200HG型PLC软件的设计,集中控制浓、淡碱的流量比以及各储液罐的液位,实现变频器的参数设置、故障诊断和电机的启动和停止,进而达到自动精确配液,及时输送的目的。此系统工艺简单,可操作性强,能达到企业节能降耗的目的,并能带来良好的环境效益和经济效益。

This paper introduces the automatic dosing system of lye needed in printing and dyeing process. In this system, the flux of light and dense lye and location of the pots＇fluid can be controlled though designing OMRON C200HG PLC, which implements the set- ting and trouble diagnosing of transducer＇s parameters, as well as the start-up and halt of the motor, so as to achieve the aim of auto- matic and exact dosing and feeding in time. It is simple and well- done, the efficiency and the security performance has been ad- vanced, which gained so many economic and social benefits.
