本文设计开发了基于ASP.net技术的绝缘监督管理系统,它具有缺陷管理功能,可进行设备缺陷上传、统计与分析,建立了电气设备虚拟医院,能在网上对电气设备进行缺陷(故障)诊断;建立了电气主设备(变压器)故障模式查询系统;同时将提供专业资料下载、及绝缘监督专业问题交流与答疑等专业技术支持,主要面向各生产运行单位的决策层与专业人员服务。

The insulation supervising manage system based on ASP. net technology is designed and developed, it can manage the fault. The electrical equipment fault can be upload, statisticed and ana- lysed. The virtual hospital for electrical equipment is set up , the electricaf equipment fault also can be diagnosed with the virtual hospi- tal for electrical equipment. The insulation supervising manage system mainly serve decision - maker and technician from the operation and production department.
