摘要
对于带钢热连轧机的厚度控制,常规的监控AGC在头部厚度设定出现较大偏差时,为迅速纠正偏差,缩短超差长度,通常会在出口机架进行快速大幅调整,这对于轧制过程的稳定性、板形控制等都是不利的。基于保持负荷分配比例不变的思想,提出了快速监控AGC方法,并给出了具体的计算模型和计算方法。应用情况表明,该方法可以显著提高厚度精度、平衡轧机各机架负荷,达到了预期效果。
For the gauge control in hot strip mill, classic monitor AGC usually causes rolling unsteadiness and disturbance profile control when the head of strip has a big deviation. Based on theory of keeping load distribution, fast monitor AGC including model and arithmetic in detail was put forward. Through the factory site experiment it can be found that this method is more effective in dealing with the gauge deviation and load balance.
