保温温度对MGH956合金冷轧薄板再结晶行为的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Heat Treatment Temperature on Recrystallization Behavior of MGH956 Alloy Cold Rolled Sheet

摘要 研究了MGH956合金冷轧薄板在(1100-1350℃)×(0.5-2 h)的等温热处理条件下,金相组织的变化和再结晶行为的特点。结果表明,MGH956合金冷轧薄板再结晶开始温度很高;从再结晶开始温度到1350℃,再结晶组织随着温度的升高越来越粗大;随着再结晶温度的升高,MGH956合金冷轧薄板完成再结晶的时间逐渐缩短。 The recrystallization behavior and microstructure of MGH956 alloy cold rolled sheet after heat treatment of (1100-1350℃)×(0.5-2 h) were investigated. It was concluded that MGH956 alloy has very high recrys-tallization temperature. From recrystallization temperature to 1 350℃, recrystallized grain size gets coarser when temperature increases. Time that recrystallization needs gets shorter when temperature increases.
