基于四铰链机理对割缝筛管抗挤强度的估算

摘要 割缝防砂筛管在油田生产中已得到了广泛的应用。本文从完整管体受外压发生弹性形变和弹塑性变形两个阶段考虑,在基于四铰链机构原理基础上对管体弹塑性破坏变形进行分析计算,得出完整管体的抗挤毁压力。因为割缝筛管在完整管体上割缝导致了管体本身的抗弯劲度和弯曲强度的减小,从而引入了减小因子来修正了上述结论,在根据现场需要选取不同的布缝形式的筛管情况下,估算出常用割缝筛管的抗挤毁强度。 The slotted screen obtained the widespread application in the oilfield. In this paper, considering the integrity tube under the external pressure from the elastic deformation and elastic--plastic deformation two stages, analysis and calculation on the destruction of the elastic--plastic deformation base on the Four--hinge mechanism. Accessed the integrity tube of the anti--collapse destroyed pressure. Because cutting gap in the integrity tube , decreased the bending stiffness and bending strength. The introduction of amendments to reduce the factor to the above conclusions. According to the needs to select the different forms of slit, estimated the anti--collapse destroyed intensity of used slotted screen.
