Technical standard is the foundation of technical activities in enterprises.Also,it is the basis and criterion of enterprises' management.It should be penetrated into the whole course of design ,preparation,sale and service after sale of new products.The significance,scope and content of technical standards examination work are discussed,and requirments for persennel of technical standards examination are proposed.
