通过使用阶段和施工阶段受力全过程的分析,得出大楼楼盖梁开裂的主要原因,并提出相应的加固处理方案,为今后的同类建筑物结构安全性鉴定及加固处理提供参考。

The stress process of floor slab of the building in the use stage and in the construction stage was analyzed. The main causes of floor slab crack were concluded and some reinforcement proposals were put forward. The reinforcement project can serve as a reference for reinforcement of other buildings.
