苯那普利对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及内皮素水平的影响

Effects of benazepril on cardiac function and plasma endothelin level in patients with congestive heart failure

目的观察苯那普利对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆内皮素(ET)水平及心功能变化的影响,并探讨其相关机制。方法86例CHF患者随机分为苯那普利组和常规治疗组,另有38例健康受试者选为对照组,采用放射免疫法检测苯那普利组及常规治疗对照组患者治疗前和治疗12周后ET水平,同时采用超声心动图检测左室射血分数(LVEF)和二尖瓣血流最大流速E峰和A峰比值(E/A)。结果CHF患者ET水平显著高于对照组。苯那普得治疗12周后,CHF患者的ET水平显著降低,LVEF、E/A值显著提高。结论CHF患者ET水平增高可作为判断CHF病情的指标之一;苯那普利可降低CHF患者的ET水平,改善CHF患者的心脏功能。

Objective To observe the effects of benazpril on plasma endothelin （ET） Level and cardiac function in the patients with congestive heart failure （CHF） and to explore the relative mechanism. Methods Eight-six patients with CHFwere randomed into benazepril treatment group and usual treatment group, in addition, 38 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The plasma levels of ET,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）and E/A were respectively measured at pre-treatment and after12 weeks treatment by using radio-immunity assay or echocardiography. Results The plasma level of ET in the patients with CHF was significantly higher than that in the control group.Compared with usual treatment group, the plasma ET level of CHF in benazepril treatment group obviously decreased,and the LVEF and E/A increased significantly after treatment 12 weeks. Conclusion The change of plasma levels of ET is an important indication and can reflect the severity of heart function in the patients with CHF,and benazepril may improve the heart function and decrease the plasma levels of ET.
