地方高师院校教育改革与农村基础教育分流

Educational Reform in Local Normal Universities and Diversion of Rural Fundamental Education

文章分析了当前我国农村基础教育分流以及农村职业教育发展滞后的现状及原因,并在此基础上提出:地方高师院校要从转变教育思想,改革人才培养方式和扶持、参与农村职业教育等不同层面,为促进农村基础教育分流,推动农村职业教育发展作出应有的努力与贡献。

This paper makes an analysis of the diversion of rural fundamental education and the causes for the slow development of rural professional education. This paper holds that efforts should be made in local normal universities to change traditional ideas and educational modes for the needs of rural fundamental education diversion and the promotion of the rural professional education.
