摘要
通过用气相色谱法测其精油中右旋芳樟醇的含量;比旋度法测定其精油比旋度;折光仪测定其精油折光指数;比重计法测定其精油相对密度。基本确定几个主要技术质量数据,给目前市场大叶芳叶油的商品交易提供一个相对质量准则。
The content of linalool in the precise oil of Cinnamomum camphora （Linn.） Presl＇s leaves was examined with Gas chromatogram, its optical rotation was determined by polarimentry, its refraction quotiety was determined with refractometer, its relative density was determined with Gravimeter. Several main technological quality data were confirmed, it provides a relative quality criterion for goods trade of the C. camphora （Linn.） Presl leaves＇ oil at present market.
