摘要
以江西林业产权制度改革为研究对象,通过深入39个县区实地调查,对林业产权制度改革给江西带来的影响作了较全面的分析,数据显示无论是在推进民主建设、发展农村经济、保护生态环境,还是在培养优秀干部、提升江西地位等方面,林改都给江西带来了重大影响。在此基础上,分析林改中存在的问题,提出完善林改工作的几点建议。
The research object of this paper is the reform of forestry property right system in Jiangxi Province. After detailed field survey in 39 counties throughout the whole province, impacts and problems of the reform have been comprehensive analyzed, and some suggestions for improving the reform been given in final.
