摘要
随着社会发展和科技进步,开发利用森林食品资源具有广阔的前景和重要的现实意义。主要介绍我国的森林食品资源及其开发利用的现状、存在问题及其发展趋势,并提出加快我国森林食品资源开发的对策。
With the development of soeiety and the improvement of teehnology, there are good prospects and great realistic signifieanees in exploiting and utilizing forest foodstuff resourees. In this paper, several types of forest foodstuff resourees wre introdueed, and the eurrent situations and tendeney of exploitation of forest foodstuff in China were also diseussed.
