基于心率的机械化播种作业人员疲劳的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了减轻机械化播种作业中作业人员的疲劳,基于心率对播种作业中作业人员的疲劳状况和作业条件进行了调查研究。结果表明:在播种作业过程中,作业人员监视播种机漏播作业时的心率增加率为19.6%,属于轻级劳动强度;加种子肥料作业时的心率增加率为34.8%,机具修理和调整播种机作业时的心率增加率为33.6%,均属于中级劳动强度;作业人员可承受的最长作业时间(MAWT)为10.4~12.5h,现实播种作业中作业人员的作业时间(MAWT)为15~16h。 In order to reduce the workers' fatigue and provide the human nature design for researching farm machinery and implements, this paper has carried on the investigation of the workers' work conditions and fatigue situation based on HR in sowing work. The result surveillance the seeder leakage shows that: in sowing work, the heart rate increased ratio (r) of the workers when they is 19.6%, workload lies in light level; in the plusing seeds and fertilizer operations, r is 34.8%, workload lies in normal level; in the repairing and adjusting seeder operations, r is 33.6% ,workload lies in normal level. Maximum acceptable work time (MAWT) that the workers withstand is 10.41 h- 12.46 h, but in fact, their work time is more than MAWT 2.5 - 5.6 h.
