摘要
基于状态检修的思想,总结了目前农机设备检修中存在的问题,考虑了可靠性和经济性的约束条件,提出了基于随机理论的设备检修周期整体优化模型,给出了最优检修策略和实际应用中的计算步骤,使设备的检修在尽可能短的时间内,既满足可靠性要求,也能满足经济性要求,提高了设备检修周期的整体经济性,为农机设备的检修计划的制定提供了理论指导。
Based on the idea of condition -based maintenance( CBM), the paper summarized the problems Of CBM in agricultural machinery facility in China. The wholly optimal model based on stochastic theories in the facility maintenance cycle is established with the restrictions of reliability and cost. The optimal maintenance strategy and calculation steps in practical application are also given in the paper. This strategy can enhanced the whole economy of the equipment maintenance cycle and satisfy the requirements of reliability and economy. It can provide theoretical guidance for the maintenance planning of agricultural machinery facility.
