摘要
针对当前农业生产中的播种机多使用不同的齿轮或排种器进行有级调速,调整播量、株距比较困难和地轮打滑严重影响播种质量等情况,以AT89S52单片机为核心设计开发了微型计算机控制的自动化精密播种系统。基于单片机的自动化精密播种系统在播种时可以实时采集动力机械的作业速度,并根据作业速度和作物粒距要求调整排种器的转速,减轻了传统播种机械因打滑和地面不平等因素对播种质量的影响,从而达到精密播种的目的。
Currently in wide use are sowing machine which use different gear and seed - sowing device to do step speed control. But this causes troubles in adjusting seeding amount and seeding distance, meanwhile, the quality of seeding is seriously influenced by the slip of landing wheel. In view of that, we suggest to research and develop an automatic precision seeding system with AT89S52 SCM as core. This system can decrease the influence of traditonal sowing machine slip or uneven ground and meet the requirement of precision seeding by collecting real - time date of the running speed of the power plant and adjust the speed of the seed - sowing device according to the speed of the seeder and the demand of sow quantity.
