摘要 针对我国农村用电负荷分散、电压质量差和线损率高等特点,提出了低压侧中间带抽头的单相配电变压器配合三芯绝缘导线束低压供电的新模式。利用电力系统理论分析了该模式的主要电气特点,并在赤峰市巴林右旗进行了试点。实践表明,该模式在工程投资、降低损耗、安全运行等方面已收到了显著的效果,为今后我国农村电网的建设与改造提供了一个新的思路。 This single - phase low - voltage power supply system with three - core bundled insulated wire is designed for rural network which loads are dispersive, voltage quality is poor and line loss is high. Main electrical characteristic of this system is made an analysis based on the theory of power system. The designed system is implemented in a village of ChiFeng. Practice of this system shows that takes notable effect on many aspects such as reducing the investment to project, diminishing loss and safely running. This system is a new idea for future construction and reconstruction of rural electric power network.
