国内外马铃薯机械的发展概况

The General Development of Potato Machinery at Home and Abroad

随着马铃薯的价值逐渐得到人们的认可,以及马铃薯产量的不断增加,马铃薯种植、收获及深加工成为各国面临的重要课题。为此,介绍了国内外马铃薯机械的发展概况。目前,欧美地区马铃薯机械已经形成了产业化,将液压、电子控制等应用到机械当中,实现了机械的自动化和智能化,大大降低了人力劳动强度。而国内的马铃薯机械还处于起步发展阶段,我国的西部和北部地区相继研制生产了马铃薯机械,以提高马铃薯的产量及经济效益。

Gradually potato＇s value is approved by people, as well as the potato output unceasing increase, the potato planter, digger and processing machines become to an important topic which every country should faces. In european and american areas, potato machinery has already formed industrial production. The hydraulic ,electronic control and so on are applied to machinery which has realized automation and intellectualization to reduced the labor intensity very much. But in the domestic, it is also at the beginning development phase. Especially west and north of China areas develop and research potato machinery one after another to enhance potato output and economic efficiency.
