国内荔枝去核剥壳机械研究的现状

Present Situation of Research on Mechanism of Pitting and Peeling for Litchi Fruit in China

荔枝去核剥壳机械是我国荔枝产业可持续快速发展的重要保证之一。为此,介绍了目前国内荔枝去核剥壳机械的发展现状和取得的研究成果,分析了各种荔枝去核剥壳机械的工作原理和特点。结果表明:灯笼状荔枝果肉的获取技术与设备是当前去核剥壳机械研究的难点和重点。

Mechanism of pitting and peeling for litchi fruit is an important guarantee of sustainable and reasonably rapid development of Chinese litchi industry. Development situation, research results, working principle and characteristics of these mechanisms were introduced and analyzed in this paper. Processing technology and equipment of lantern - shaped litchi pulp are emphasis and difficulty of present studying in China.
