湖北省城市土地集约利用度时空变异分析

Spatial-temporal Variance of Urban Land Intensive Use in Hubei Province

以湖北省12个地级以上城市的土地利用数据为依据,利用特尔菲法和层次分析法建立评价指标体系,采用集约度模型进行了综合评价,并探讨分析了湖北省城市土地集约利用潜力时空变异特征。结果显示,湖北省城市土地集约利用程度较低,在评价期内总体上呈下降趋势,在空间上形成了东部以武汉市、西北以十堰市、西南以宜昌市为中心向周围地区递减的态势,区域差异较明显。基于此,提出了政策建议。

Based on land use data in twelve cities of Hubei Province, the index system of the assessment was set up by applying Dephi method and AHP to do comprehensive assessment and the special - temporal various characteristic of urban land intensive use in Hubei province was analyzed. The results showed that the urban land use intensity of Hubei was at a low level, a declining trend in the overall during the evaluation period, and it formed a gradual descending trend in spatial scale from the center to its surround areas respectively, Wuhan is＇the center of the east part of Hubei, Shiyan of the northwest part and Yichang of the southwest. And regional differences were obvious, we proposed some countermeasures： and recommendations based on these results.
