摘要
利用CFD模型对新型减水剂喷雾干燥过程进行了数值模拟,得到了干燥过程中干燥塔内气体湿度、速度和温度分布,以及颗粒运动的轨迹、直径变化和停留时间等详细信息,为新型减水剂的干燥设备选型与操作参数优化等提供了参考。模拟结果表明,利用喷雾干燥的方法对该新型减水剂的干燥是可行的。
Spray drying process of new high range water reducing admixture was simulated using the computational fluid dynamics method. Humidity, velocity, and temperature of air phase, and locus, diameter changes and residence time of particles in the drying tower were presented and analyzed. The simulation results provided some academic foundations and guidances for choosing drying equipment and optimum drying operating parameters, and showed that it was feasible to use the spray drying method for drying the new high range water reducing admixture.
