摘要
为了实现数字影视系统中反光镜较高的光谱要求和良好的膜层特性,深入分析了深椭球反光镜的膜层厚度分布关系,讨论并实践了膜系设计及镀制工艺。使用自行研发设计的高性能冷反光镜专用镀膜机,镀制了光谱特性趋于一致的数字电影反光镜产品,并成功应用于数字电影放映系统。
In order to get the higher spectrum requirements and better coating quality for reflectors used in digital film projector systems, this paper further analyzes the coating thickness distributing relationship, discusses and practices the coating designing and coating process. With the high-performance cold reflector coating machine designed and developed by ourselves, finally the digital film reflectors, which spectrum trends consistency are coated and applied to digital projectors systems successfully.
