摘要
面板钉连接是轻型木框架剪力墙受力性能的主要影响因素。文中通过分析国内外若干面板钉节点试验,得出如下一些结论:墙面板材料密度较大时,钉子主要发生拔出破坏,密度较小时,主要发生钉头冲切破坏;钉连接顺纹受力时性能优于横纹受力时性能;直钉连接受力性能优于斜钉连接;墙板方向平行于墙骨柱顺纹方向时其受力性能优于墙板方向垂直于墙骨柱顺纹方向时的受力性能;反复加载情况下,其刚度及强度的退化比单调加载时要大。
The sheathing-to-framing joints are the primary influencing factors of the light wood -framed shear walls. Through analyzing several researches of sheathing-to-framing joints in the world, we get some conclusions as follows: when the density of the shear wall is big, nails are withdrew, when it is small, nail heads are punched. The performance of the connections is better when load directions are parallel to stud wood grain. When the driving is at right angle, the performance is better than other cases. The connections also have better performance for panel orientation perpendicular to stud wood grain. Compared to monotonic loading, cyclic loading may degrade the stiffness and strength more quickly.
