摘要
某水电站溢洪道闸墩锚块承受荷载较大,弧门单个支铰处最大水推力达到20 543 kN.为了准确了解闸墩、锚块等结构在完建和运行各典型工况下的应力分布状态,采用通用的三维有限元程序,对新型的空腔式预应力闸墩进行分析,得到典型工况下结构的整体位移和应力分布规律.研究结果表明预应力闸墩既有整体稳定性,各项荷载组合条件下锚块局部应力集中部位也能基本满足设计要求,并据此评价了新型结构的预应力效果.
The bearing loads of spillway piers and anchor block of a hydropower station are extremely large; and the maximum thrust of a single radial gate shoe will reach 20 543 kN. In order to grasp the stress distributions of pier and anchor block under each typical loading condition, a new type prestressed pier is analyzed by using general 3-D FEM; and the distribution law of whole deformations and stresses can be obtained. According to the result, the prestressed pier is stable totally and some stress concentrations of anchor block under different loading combinations can also meet the design of engineering; and the effects of new type prestressed structure are evaluated.
