高浓度发酵制备红薯燃料乙醇的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以红薯为原料高浓度发酵制备燃料乙醇,对各种影响因素进行了实验研究.通过单因素分析和正交实验确定出实验最佳工艺条件为:蒸煮条件:在130℃时蒸煮30 min,加水比为水∶鲜红薯=1∶2;液化条件:加入α-淀粉酶2%,70℃下液化2 h;糖化条件:加糖化酶量2%,60℃下糖化4 h;发酵条件:发酵液中KH2PO40.5%、MgSO40.2%、NaCl 0.1%、CaCl20.2%、活性物质A 2%、活性物质B 1%,酵母接种量4%,在32℃发酵20 h,34℃发酵52 h. The influential factors on fermentation of high concentration alcohol using sweet potatoes as material are studied. The optimum conditions are obtained. The optimal cooking condition is the cooking temperature of 130℃ under the mixed rate 1 : 2 between water and fresh sweet potatoes; the optimal liquefying condition is the temperature of 70℃ for 2hr adding 2% liquefying enzyme; the optimal saccharification condition is the temperature of 60℃ for 4hr adding 2% saccharifying enzyme; the fermentation condition is the temperature of 32℃ for 20hr and the temperature of 34℃ for 52 hr under the additives KH2PO4 0.5%, MgSO4 0.2%, NaCl 0.1%, CaCl2 0.2%, active matter A 2%, active matter B 1% with 4% yeast.
