摘要
本文介绍了空心阴极激发的ICP原子荧光光谱的原理、仪器、光谱特性及元素的检出限,评述了该技术的应用情况以及近年来的某些改进,讨论了进一步改善某些元素检测限的可能途径。
The principles, instrumentation, performance, application and recent advances in hollow cathode lamp excited ICP atomic fluorescence spectrometry have been reviewed. A commercial instrument, the BAIRD Plasma/AFS, was described. Possible means of overcoming the existing drawbacks and/or improving detection limits for certain elements have also been discussed.
