硫对烤烟生长发育及生理生化指标的影响 被引量:13

摘要 采用液培试验研究了硫对烤烟生育期、主要农艺性状、关键酶活性、MDA含量和根系活力等生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,0 mmol/L和2 mmol/L处理的烤烟株高、茎围和干物质积累量显著高于其它处理;2 mmol/L和4 mmol/L处理的烤烟叶片的硝酸还原酶活性较高;从旺长到成熟期SOD酶活性随硫浓度的升高而升高,团棵期2 mmol/L处理的SOD活性最低;从团棵期到现蕾期,2 mmol/L处理的MDA含量最低,其它处理MDA含量随硫浓度的升高而升高,在成熟期各处理烤烟叶片MDA含量差异不显著;0 mmol/L和2 mmol/L处理烤烟的根系活力随硫浓度升高而升高,4、8、16、32 mmol/L处理的根系活力随硫浓度的升高而降低。 The solution culture is used to study the effects of sulfur concentration (0 - 32 mmol/L) on growth and development, key enzyme activity, MDA content and root activity of tobacco. The result showed that the dry matter accunmlation and plant height and stem perimeter of 0 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L treatments were higher significantly than other treatments. The NR activity of 2 mmol/L and 4 mmol/L treatments was higher than other treats, but the SOD activity was lower in 2 mmol/L treatment in rosette stage, the SOD activity was raised with sulfur concentration increase in the 0 mmol/L or 4 to 32 mmol/L treatments from fast growing stage to maturation stage. MDA content of tobacco leaves was lowest in 2 mmol/L treatment and increased gradually with sulfur concentration increase in others treatments from rosette stage to budding stage. But MDA contents of tobacco leaves was not significantly different in maturation stage. The root activity of tobacco was stronger in the treats of 0 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L and that was reduced with sulfur concentration increase in the treats of 4 to 32 mmol/L.
