Identification of tobacco viruses in Luonan county of Shaanxi province

2005年对洛南县田间发生的烟草病毒病进行了病原鉴定,结果共检出5种为害烟草的病毒,5种病毒为:马铃薯Y(PVY)、烟草普通花叶病毒(TMV)、烟草蚀纹病毒(TEV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)、烟草环斑病毒(TRSV),其中烟草马铃薯Y病毒病和烟草普通花叶病毒病是当前生产上发病率较高、造成损失较大的2种病害;马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)的复合侵染也是当前生产上亟待解决的主要问题。

Five viruses were identified in tobacco growing areas in Luonan, Shaanxi province in 2005, i.e. potato virus Y （PVY）, tobacco mosaic virus （TMV）, tobacco etch rirus （TEV）, cucumber mosaic virus （CMV）, and tobacco ringspot virus （TRSV）, among which PVY and TMV were the most common viruses and caused serious losses in fields. Simultaneously the complex infection of PVY and CMV were also a crucial problem to be resolved at present.
