摘要
为探索主流烟气对小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和ɑ-羟丁酸脱氢酶(ɑ-HBDH)活力的影响,用全自动生化分析仪测定暴露在主流烟气中染毒1周到4周以及13周的小鼠血清LDH和ɑ-HBDH的活性。结果表明,主流烟气对雄性小鼠和雌性小鼠都有显著性影响,血清中LDH和ɑ-HBDH的活力可以作为吸烟对机体损伤的标志性指标。
In order to study the effects of mainstream cigarette smoke on mice serum exposed in mainstream smoke for one to four weeks and thirteen weeks, the activities of Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) and u-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) were measured by chemistry analyzer. Results showed that effects of mainstream cigarette smoke on activities of LDH and α-HBDH in the serum of both male and female mice was significant. LDH and α-HBDH in serum can be regarded as a symbolic index for measuring the harm effect of smoke to organism.
